- Block of hours, available at a discounted price. Usable anytime with no minimum charge and a max response time of 4 hours. With 25+ hours purchased, you get 1-hour emergency response at no extra charge. Customer pays only for necessary parts or upgrades.
- Service contracts, covering maintenance of all computers, servers, and network infrastructure for one year at a fixed price (paid monthly, parts excluded).
